All orders are non refundable. Orders are exchangeable within 7 days if a product is defective. Orders canceled prior to scheduled date of shipment, will forfeit the non refundable pre payment fee of 500$.

NUE Conceal serves as an intermediary between you and your selected Courier. NUE Conceal does not transport or deliver shipments and NUE Conceal is not a party to any contract you form with a Courier to pick up, transport, or deliver your shipment.
